     After reviewing your portfolio, we are glad to inform you that your profile looks promising and you’ve been selected for the next round of our hiring process. This round involves a small test assignment to help us better understand your modeling skills and workflow.

Why This Test?

​     At Graviton, we work primarily on industrial and medical animations, where clients often provide only reference images of equipment and products. Your main role will be to model accurate 3D assets based on those images.

      This test simulates the real tasks you will handle here – converting limited visual inputs into clean, optimized 3D models.

Test Brief:

      You are required to model a simple industrial pressure washer, similar to one used in our actual projects for a Surgical Support Systems Company.

Modeling Instructions:

• Mesh Flow: Maintain a clean and logical topology

• Vertex Limit: Keep total vertices under 300,000.

• Scale: Not important, but maintain proportions accurately

• Dimensions: Not critical, focus on overall look and form

• UVs / Texturing: Not required

• Details: Model as many features as you can observe or reasonably guess from the images. No need to model details that are not visible in any of the images provided in the reference.

How to Submit

Once your model is complete:

• Export your final model in both .FBX and .OBJ formats

• Upload both files to your own Google Drive

• Make sure the link is accessible (set to "Anyone with the link can edit")

First 3 Months: Training Period

• You will be paid per assignment, based on the work assigned and completed within comfortable deadlines agreed upon mutually.

• During this period, both you and we can understand each other’s workflow better.

• You can expect to earn approx ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on the quantity and quality of work delivered.

• You are free to decide after these 3 months whether you want to continue working with us.

After 3 Months: Full Engagement
Once you're comfortable with our work process and team culture, you can continue in either of the following ways:

Option 1 – Monthly Salary

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹20,000 to ₹40,000, depending on performance and workload

• ​You will be expected to follow a standard 8-hour workday routine and adhere to our work schedule and holiday calendar.

• We expect long-term commitment (minimum 2 years).

Option 2 – Freelance Model

• Work project-wise, get paid per deliverable, with flexible schedules.

• Great for artists who prefer independence while still contributing to high-quality industrial projects.
